A student at Fishers High School is getting a real taste of the restaurant industry. Her original burger creation is now featured on the menu at Ford’s Garage Noblesville, and it’s all for a good cause.

Hamilton Southeastern Schools recently held its “Taste of HSE Culinary Burger Challenge,” where two student finalists went head-to-head, teaching Ford’s Garage chefs how to bring their original recipes to life. After guests sampled and voted, Dayana Escobar was crowned the winner.

Now through Memorial Day, guests can enjoy Escobar’s winning creation, the Pineapple Teriyaki Melt, at Ford’s Garage Noblesville, located at 13193 Levinson Lane #100 in Hamilton Town Center. The burger features a half-pound Black Angus patty with Ford’s signature seasoning, cheddar cheese, and pineapple marinated in a teriyaki ginger sauce, served with Ford’s fries ($16.50).

A portion of every sale will benefit HSE Food Services and support future culinary programs.

This partnership gives students hands-on, real-world culinary experience while connecting the community with emerging young talent.
