Creekmore
On Wednesday, April 29, the Westfield Police Department Special Investigations Unit, in partnership with the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, located Elizabeth Creekmore in Westfield.
Creekmore was wanted on an arrest warrant for the following charges:
- Level 4 Felony – Child Exploitation (four separate charges)
- Level 5 Felony – Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material (four separate charges)
At approximately 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, law enforcement conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Main Street and Union Street on a vehicle in which Creekmore was a passenger. Creekmore was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on the outstanding warrant.
Creekmore was initially charged as a result of the outstanding investigative work conducted by the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force. Her apprehension was made possible through the continued partnership and coordinated efforts between the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force and the Westfield Police Department.
A charge is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
