On Monday, April 20, Senator Jim Banks (R-Ind.) sent a letter to the Federal Trade Commission Chairman, Andrew Ferguson, urging the Commission to investigate abortion drug companies for allegedly pushing misleading safety claims about their products and engaging in deceptive trade practices that could endanger women’s health.
