Noblesville author Amy Thornton Shankland welcomed excited readers to the launch her new book, Happy and Solo at Church – Light Your Fire and Worship with Joy, last Friday, April 10 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 E. 191st St., Noblesville.
The book discusses what places of worship are doing (and not doing) for people attending church solo. It shares stories of others facing and overcoming the challenge of attending church alone. Happy and Solo at Church talks about how readers can build and strengthen their foundation, an important first step before any of techniques can work.
