Brunch just got a bold new attitude. Vicious Biscuit, the Southern-made originator of bold biscuit creations and the fast-casual brunch rebellion, is rolling out a refreshed cocktail menu that leans all the way into what the brand does best: deliver big flavors, a little attitude and a brunch experience that doesn’t play by the rules.

The new lineup introduces three spirited additions designed to complement its biscuit stacks and keep the good times rolling. The Bold Fashioned is a twist on a classic, made with Elijah Craig bourbon, house-made hot honey simple syrup, bitters, fresh-squeezed orange juice and finished with an orange twist. The Iced Espresso Martini blends Tito’s vodka, cold brew and Baileys for a smooth, brunch-ready option served over ice. The Dude is a laid-back favorite featuring Tito’s vodka, milk, and Kahlúa served over ice for a rich, nostalgic sip.

Because no brunch is complete without a mimosa moment, Vicious Biscuit is also expanding its mimosa offerings. Guests can now choose from fresh-squeezed orange, cranberry, apple, or grapefruit juice, providing more ways to customize their brunch experience.

“Brunch should feel like something special, and that includes what’s in your glass,” said George McLaughlin, co-founder and CEO of Vicious Biscuit. “These new cocktails are bold, indulgent and made to match the way our guests love to brunch.”

This cocktail refresh comes as part of the brand’s ongoing commitment to listening to guest feedback and elevating the overall brunch experience. To make room for the updated offerings, select cocktails, including the Southern Sunrise, The Greyhound and The Screwdriver, have been removed, keeping the menu focused, fresh and aligned with guest preferences.

The new cocktail menu is available now at all Vicious Biscuit locations.
