Vicious Biscuit, the award-winning fast-casual breakfast concept and Southern-made originator of bold biscuit creations, is officially opening its doors in Fishers on Saturday, Jan. 24.
With the new 3,000 square-foot location in Delaware Plaza at 8711 E. 106th St., Ste. 110, the restaurant will feature its renowned “Jam Bar” of custom signature jams and flavored house-made butters, making its biscuits even more crave-worthy. The expansion marks the seventh state for Vicious Biscuit, which currently has locations in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
The Fishers restaurant is owned by local franchise partners David Dessner, Steve Wise, Scott Liberman, and Neda Smith operating as Biscuit Boys, LLC, with Mike Pratt serving as operator. Fishers will be the group’s flagship as they plan to develop 10 locations across the greater Indianapolis area.
“We’ve been looking forward to sharing Vicious Biscuit with Fishers for a long time,” Dressner said. “This concept is big flavor, big personality, and real hospitality – exactly what we love about great brunch. Our team is ready to welcome the community in, serve unforgettable biscuit creations, and make this a place people come back to again and again.”

Investing in the community
Giving back to the communities it serves is part of Vicious Biscuit’s core values – and the Fishers opening is no exception. Vicious Biscuit Fishers is officially partnering with Mudsock Youth Athletics, a local 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing children in Fishers and the Hamilton Southeastern School District opportunities to participate in recreational team sports.
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 20 through the end of 2026, on the third Tuesday of every month Vicious Biscuit will donate 15 percent of guest checks that mention “Mudsocks” when placing their order.
