About Oscar Gutierrez
Oscar Gutierrez is the Founder and Principal of Bondry Consulting, bringing over 20 years of public finance experience to municipalities across Indiana. Previously, he served as the first Controller for the City of Fishers, leading its transition to city status and earning a rare ‘AAA’ credit rating.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Army Reserves, Gutierrez also held senior financial roles with The Mind Trust and the City of Lawrence. He serves on several nonprofit and community boards and has been recognized among IBJ’s 40 Under 40 and Indy’s Best and Brightest.
