The free End of Summer Bash, set for 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 16, will feature all the fun outdoor activities kids love such as inflatable games, bean-bag bullseye, face painting, balloon twisting, with treats and more, all within a sensory-free environment:
- Sensory-aware: no large crowds, blaring sirens or flashing lights, plenty of space to wander, and a designated quiet-zone tent
- Skill-building: natural chances for communication, turn-taking, and gross-motor practice
- Family-focused: staff on hand to share tips, answer questions, and connect caregivers with local resources
Admission is free, but please RSVP at this link.
