Noblesville city officials propose Evolve Transporters relocate headquarters to city

Noblesville city leadership presented at Tuesday evening’s Common Council meeting a proposal that Evolve Transporters, a leader in the design and manufacturing of custom transport solutions for the motorsports industry, will invest $39 million and relocate its headquarters and manufacturing facilities from Painesville, Ohio, to Noblesville’s Washington Business Park.

The move is expected to create 210 new jobs for the local economy.

Patch Development will build the 250,000 square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility on Lot 6 at Washington Business Park. If approved, Evolve Transporters will break ground in April 2025 and complete construction during the second half of 2026.

Evolve Transporters, a leading designer and fabricator of high-end, customizable trailer transporters for motorsports, has established operations in Noblesville, marking a significant milestone as the city’s first motorsports-related company.
