Kira Logan Kincade Right, daughter of Kirk and Jody Right of Westfield, graduated magna cum laude from Southern Utah University (SUU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and minors in Graphic Design and Illustration. She completed the semester with a perfect 4.0 grade-point average.
While at SUU, Kira was actively involved in campus and community life. Her roles included PowellPoint Developer, Community Attaché, and participation in Student Involvement and Leadership. She served as a Cedar City Senior Citizens Tech Volunteer and as a Discover Program Children’s Storytime Reader.
An accomplished campus radio personality, Kira hosted two shows on KSUU/Thunder 91: “Kira’s J-pop Jazz & Jams” and “World Music Wednesdays.” She also served as a Campus Global Ambassador, represented the university as a member of the American Marketing Association at International Collegiate Conferences, and was an active member of the Marketing Club. She was also the recipient of several monetary awards from the SUU Entrepreneurship Center for her artwork and videography.
