Attorneys David W. Craig and Scott A. Faultless will run a four-hour workshop at an Orlando legal conference on truck accident law on Feb. 17. They are nationally recognized truck accident attorneys who frequently speak on this area of the law.

Craig and Faultless, two of the founding members of Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC, said they are honored to be invited to coach other lawyers at the Florida Justice Association’s John Romano Workhorse Seminar. They encourage lawyers from any state to register for this week-long, informative conference at myfja.org/events/2025-workhorse-seminar.

The seminar spans five days, beginning Monday, Feb. 17 and ending Friday, Feb. 21. From 1 to 5 p.m. that Monday, David and Scott will lead a workshop on trucking topics, including:

  • Litigating a trucking case from start to finish
  • Investigating truck accidents
  • Commercial driver’s license requirements and trucking industry standards
  • Insurance coverages
  • Effective strategies
  • Overcoming defense tactics

Craig and Faultless are two of fewer than 75 attorneys nationally who have received board certification in truck accident law. Board certification by the National Board of Trial Advocacy signifies attorneys’ competence and integrity in their practice.

Craig has written two books: Semitruck Wreck: A Guide for Victims and Their Families (2020) and It’s Never Been Easier to Hire the Wrong Attorney, which will be released later this year. His podcast, After the Crash, is ranked seventh of all personal injury podcasts. He has been named one of Indiana’s Top 50 attorneys by Super Lawyers and received the National Thurgood Marshall “Fighting for Justice” Award.

Faultless serves as an officer of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and has presented topics to the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. A lifelong Hoosier, he served as president of the Fishers Town Council from 2001 to 2013. He also received the prestigious Sagamore of the Wabash Award.

Craig, Kelley & Faultless is a personal injury law firm headquartered in Indianapolis. Its attorneys represent victims of commercial vehicle wrecks – crashes caused by semis, tractor-trailers, or other large trucks – in Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Iowa, and Tennessee.
