The Fishers girls dropped an overtime game to Lawrence North Tuesday at the Tiger Den, 67-60.
The Wildcats led 13-11 after one quarter and 27-24 at halftime. Riley Schellhammer scored eight points in the first half for the Tigers, including a 5-of-5 effort from the free-throw line in the second quarter. Natalie Thomas scored six points in the first quarter, while Allison Scheu added six in the second period.
Lawrence North led 41-38 after three periods, with Nevaeh Dickman scoring seven points. Fishers came back to tie the game at 55-55 by the end of regulation. Scheu scored eight points in the fourth and Thomas added five. But the Wildcats outscored Fishers 12-5 in the extra period.
Four Tigers players reached double figures in scoring. Scheu led with 23 points, including four 3-pointers. Thomas totaled 13 points, with Schellhammer and Dickman both adding 12 points.
Fishers is 13-8 and hosts Franklin Central on Friday to finish Hoosier Crossroads Conference and regular-season play.
