Suburban North Club (SNC), 16065 Prosperity Drive, Noblesville, will play host to a Kicking the Stigma event from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17.
SNC is a 501(c)(3) organization that hosts 12 Step Recovery meetings for a number of different recovery organizations. The goal with this event is to:
- Outline the history of recovery at SNC, from inception to today.
- Honor Jim Irsay for his generosity to SNC, his integral role in our success, and to share the promise he had us make to him.
- Present the opportunity for people to support SNC’s Endowment Fund through the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF), who will send speakers to the event.
- Fundraise through a silent auction. The Indianapolis Colts have donated a Kicking the Stigma edition football, signed by TE Tyler Warren, with a certificate of authenticity (several other items will also be available for auction).
- Present speakers who will share their recovery experiences at SNC.
