Sheridan falls at Elwood

Sheridan lost a 71-61 road game at Elwood on Saturday.
The Panthers led 19-9 after the first quarter, but the Blackhawks cut that lead to 36-31 by halftime. Elwood responded by outscoring Sheridan 16-6 in the third period.
Ange Gnamkey had a tremendous game, scoring 31 points, collecting nine rebounds and blocking three shots. Jack Waitt added 10 points and made two blocks. Tanner Swindle pulled five rebounds.
Sheridan is now 6-4 for the season and hosts Indiana Math & Science on Friday.
