Dear OneZone Chamber Members,

As the year draws to a close, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each member who has stood by us, both longtime supporters and those who joined us this year. Your dedication fuels our mission to advocate, educate, and connect our thriving community of over 1,200 members.

In a year marked by growth and collaboration, we proudly welcomed the Northern Hamilton County Chamber into our family through a successful merger. Together, we achieved over 60 ribbon cuttings and hosted over 70 events catering to early birds, midday warriors, and evening owls, fostering a dynamic network for our members.

Our digital footprint expanded significantly, with a 40 percent growth in social media and a reach exceeding 1.5 million.

We advocated for our members down at the Statehouse, the work we have been doing with our friends from Torchbearer Public Affairs for over five years! We actively advocated for transformative projects in Carmel and Fishers as well. Projects that continue to put our cities on the map for the best places to start a business, raise a family, and more. We were proud to endorse the Mayor of Fishers, Scott Fadness, and the next Mayor of Carmel, Sue Finkam.

We expanded our programming by introducing Eggs & Issues featuring esteemed speakers like Speaker Todd Huston, Brenda Myers, Karen Radcliff, Mitch Frazier, Dr. Rachel Kartz, Kelley Stacy, Elaine Bedel, and Vanessa Green Sinders.

Behind these achievements stands our small yet mighty team, tirelessly working to serve you and your businesses. It’s an honor to contribute to the success of our vibrant business community, and we are proud to continue this mission.

As we step into the new year, our optimism for the journey ahead is unwavering. We invite you to join us in 2024 for deeper conversations about supporting small businesses, strengthening our advocacy efforts, and a host of strategic programming. Anticipate more video content centered around our members and the introduction of a new program celebrating your successes.

In closing, we express our deepest thanks for making Hamilton County an extraordinary place to live, work, and thrive. Your contributions form the backbone of our shared success, and we eagerly look forward to serving you in 2024.

Warm regards,

Jack Russell
