Rep. Victoria Spartz opened applications on Thursday for military academies for the class of 2030. Applications must be received no later than Friday, Oct. 17.
Applications need to be filed out at spartz.house.gov/services/military-academy-nominations and submitted to SpartzAcademyNominations@mail.house.gov.
Spartz’s office will also hold an information session for interested applicants this fall. More information will follow.
Each year, members of Congress nominate high school students to attend four military academies: the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Military Academy West Point, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy does not require a congressional nomination for appointment.
