The Hippie Fest came to the Tipton County 4-H Fairgrounds last Saturday, Sept. 26, and Sunday, Sept. 27. Hippie Fest is a family-friendly music and arts festival for people of all ages. A grassroots organization is at the center of the festival with a mission to create unifying experiences that celebrate peace, love, and nostalgia. Attendees enjoyed hippie tribute bands, acres of bohemian vendor booths, a vintage hippie car show, delicious munchies, drum circles, DIY tie-dye, far-out sideshow performers, and thousands of free-spirited guests.
