Dear Editor:

The Noblesville Schools Education Foundation (NSEF) announced on Friday, Oct. 9, its public support for the Noblesville Schools operating referendum on the Nov. 3, 2026, general election ballot.

Noblesville has become one of the most desirable communities in Indiana to live, work, and raise a family and our schools are central to that story. They are the result of a community that has chosen, year after year, to invest in its schools. This referendum continues that investment.

NSEF works every day to support Noblesville Schools, and we see firsthand what these schools mean to our community. Noblesville Schools is not just an institution, but the schools are the heart of Noblesville. Families move here for the schools. Neighbors take pride in them. And a strong school district lifts the entire city around it.

Voting YES to approve the proposed referendum is how we make sure that story keeps going for the next generation of Noblesville students.

Our school community and our city as a whole is thriving, and NSEF will keep working to advocate for and invest in our public schools. While NSEF is proud to support our schools every year, private fundraising alone was never built to replace this referendum.

Noblesville Schools is the heart of this community. It’s why people choose to move here, why property values hold strong, and why so many of us feel proud to call this city home. This referendum is about continuing what generations before us worked to build.”

The Noblesville Schools Education Foundation encourages all eligible voters within the Noblesville Schools district to learn more about the referendum (visit noblesvilleschools.org/referendum or attend a public meeting) and to vote on or before Nov. 3, 2026.
