A bicyclist was killed in an accident early Tuesday morning in Noblesville.
According to the Noblesville Police Department, the fatal crash occurred just before 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of State Road 32 and State Road 37.
According to police, the bicycle was traveling east on SR 32 when it was hit by a 2014 Chevy Spark traveling north on SR 37. Police have identified the bicyclist as 47-year-old Christain Sheller.
The motor vehicle was operated by 63-year-old Donnis Snorton.
Sheller was pronounced dead on scene. Snorton was not injured in the collision.
Although the investigation is ongoing, police say witness statements and information at the scene indicates the Chevrolet did have the green light at the time of the crash.
