Marion “Keith” Brewer

April 19, 1938 – September 10, 2025

Marion Keith Brewer, known lovingly as Keith, passed away on September 10, 2025.

Born on April 19, 1938, in Burnettsville, Ind., Keith was a creative soul with an enduring love for his family. As a retired electrician from Delco Electronics, he was known for his ability to build and fix just about anything, a testament to his generous and helpful nature. He enjoyed the great outdoors, loved to garden, and in his youth, he liked to hunt, trap, and practice target shooting, an expertise recognized with several awards during his service in the Army. Keith also had a passion for cars, with a particular fondness for his black and white ’57 Chevy.

Keith was a compassionate individual and an active member of his community. He was very spiritual, finding great joy in his studies, and served as a youth leader, Deacon, and Elder at the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He participated in mission trips and was a regular participant in “A Journey to Bethlehem.” He was also a talented woodworker and loved attending meetings with his woodworking club in Zionsville. His love for masonry was evident in his creations. Keith had a sweet tooth, enjoyed antique tractors, and always liked to be busy, preferably outdoors. Above all, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who cherished his family and the Lord above all else.

Keith is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carol (Denny) Brewer; his daughters, Kim Brewer, Kathy (Randy) Griffin, and Karen (Doug) Byrd; his grandsons, Mitchell (Katie) Griffin and Gabe Griffin; his great-grandson, James Nicholas Griffin; and his sister, Carole Rogers. He is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Kenneth Brewer; his grandson, Nicholas Griffin; his brother, Raymond Jr.; and his sister, Marjorie Strasser.

Visitation for Keith will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Cicero Seventh-day Adventist Church, followed by the funeral service at 4:15 p.m. The graveside service will be conducted at 6 p.m. at Hinkle Creek Cemetery, 21617 Hinkle Road, Noblesville.
