One of the most seasoned and experienced utility regulatory lawyers in Indiana, Beall is also a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and the University of Dayton School of Law. Mr. Beall has gained his extensive experience through his previous roles at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, the Chief Deputy at the Utility Consumer Counselor’s Office and as an Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission law judge.
Over his professional career he also not only witnessed, but directly participated in the many evolutionary changes of the regulated telecom, energy, and water and sewer businesses. Most recently he was a solo practitioner who represented utilities, local governments, renewable energy providers, businesses, and consumer clients in various rate and regulatory proceedings in Indiana and throughout the Midwest.
Additionally, Beall assists several business clients with general transactional and organizational matters, financing and growth opportunities, real estate issues, general corporate regulatory and environmental matters, as well as civil litigation and dispute resolution before state, federal and appellate courts and administrative agencies.
