Noblesville First United Methodist Church and Janus Developmental Services will again co-host the Christmas Festival of Music & Art on Sunday, Dec. 10 at Noblesville First, 2051 Monument St., featuring the church’s chancel choir, the choir from Janus Developmental Services, as well as piano, organ, and orchestra.

“We’ll host two performances this year, at 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.,” Noblesville First’s Director of Music Dr. Jeff Wright said, “and we’re inviting community members to reserve their free tickets online or in the church office in an effort to manage the crowd for this popular event.”

“The Christmas Festival of Music and Art is something that Janus looks forward to and we are excited to again engage with the community in this annual tradition,” Janus President and CEO Yolanda Kincaid said. “At Janus, we have been preparing wonderful art that will knock your Christmas socks off and will be available for purchase at the event.  The Janus choir has also been hard at work practicing festive songs and carols for the day that you can sing along with us for a fun note to the evening.”

“The music brings together our Chancel Choir with an orchestra and members of the Janus community to create a festive celebration of the season,” Wright said. “The evening also includes congregational singing of familiar carols and concludes with everyone singing together on a medley of carols accompanied by piano, organ, and orchestra.”

A free-will offering will benefit Janus and the amazing work they do for the community. Learn more about their services at Janus-Inc.org and purchase tickets at NoblesvilleFirst.com/festival.
