October 4, 1942 – February 2, 2022
Bessie Mullins, 79, Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on October 4, 1942.
Bessie loved life and her family was her whole world. Between her kids, her grandchildren, and her great-grandkids she has had a hand in helping raise and shape three generations for the better of the world. No matter the time or the day, Bessie was there for her family to help in any way she could. Bessie was a member of the LightHouse Fellowship and was a woman of God. She was always ready to add another place at the table for anyone who might need it. And if you haven’t had her biscuits and gravy, boy, did you miss out!
Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, who was her soulmate and love of her life, Lacy Mullins. Her early life was filled with hardships and rough times. Lacy came along like a knight in shining armor and spent his life filling hers with sunshine and happiness. Together they had four kids and without thought they helped raise the Branham kids like they were their own.
Bessie was also preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Mullins; brother, Bill Pritt; and sisters, Gale Whitt and Mary McCallister; and Branham kids, Andy “Peanut” Branham and Georgette Hewitt.
Bessie is survived by her children, Paul (Amy) Mullins, Becky (Doug) Rushing, and Charlie (Melissa) Mullins; grandchildren, Amy (Stephen) Davis, Melissa (Justin) Claspell, Joshua (Michelle) Beagle, Rick (Carly) Mullins, Lacee (Ian) Moore, Chris (Crystal) Dormady, Kelsey (Daniel) Mullins, Austin Dormady, Jordan (Arianna) Frank, and Jacob Mullins; Branham kids, Tammi Burgess, Wally (Vicky) Branham, Dennis Branham, Robert Branham, and Susie (Tom) Swenson; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m., with services at 2 p.m., on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes.
