This group of community members represented all nine Westfield schools, local organizations, municipal offices, local businesses and much more. They were given a behind-the-scenes view into what it takes to run a high-performing school district like Westfield Washington Schools.
As a part of this program, they toured many of the schools and spoke with school board members, administrators, teachers, district staff and students to help them get a first-hand look at the quality education that each Rocks students gets.
The application period for next school year’s cohort will open on May 24.
