Come to the Carmel Arts & Design District from 5 to 9 p.m. this evening, Saturday, Feb. 12, for Allied Solutions’ Meet Me on Main. Make your way to Main Street and Range Line Road for an evening of art, shopping, music, and more.
Meet Me on Main is the City of Carmel’s monthly “second Saturday” event to highlight local galleries, restaurants and design-related businesses in the District. Art galleries and businesses will feature special events specially planned to enhance the art and design-related features of the District.
This month’s Valentine’s Day weekend event includes a free Valentine’s Day trolley, a soft relaunch of the Carmel Caffeine Trail to celebrate the art of caffeine and free roses at participating locations.
Free Valentine’s Day Trolley
There will be a free Valentine’s Day Trolley running from noon to 9 p.m. today escorting visitors to various districts in Carmel. Trolley stops include:
- Bub’s Burgers
- Agave Bar & Grill
- Indiana Design Center
- Midtown Plaza
- Carmel City Center
- The Ice at Carter Green
The public is encouraged to enjoy the free trolley all day and explore Carmel, including events at the Ice at Carter Green. Click here to track the two trolleys and their locations.
Carmel Caffeine Trail
The Carmel Caffeine Trail celebrates the art of caffeine with events, visitor information and promotions spotlighting the 24 shops and cafes that offer gourmet coffee and tea in Carmel.

Art on Main Gallery & Gifts
Art on Main Gallery & Gifts, 111 W. Main St., Suite 140. The feature show this month is “Wine and Roses” featuring new work by Randall Scott Harden and Deb Slack. Randall and Deb have created a beautiful and colorful display of new paintings in a variety of sizes with subjects of wine and wine bottles, roses and flowers, graffiti and love. In addition, there will be Valentine and heart-themed work and other creations perfect for gift giving by their approximately 20 other local Indiana artists, including jewelry, mosaics, watercolor paintings, oil and acrylic and mixed media paintings, fine art photography, charcuterie boards and coasters and more.
CCA Gallery & Gifts
CCA Gallery, 111 W. Main St., Suite 135. The gallery will host a New Member Open House from 4 to 7 p.m. today. The public is invited to meet artists and see their varied work. New members include Neelu Jain, Tish Reed, Judy LaMere, Taylor Walker and David Brandzel.
Indiana Artisan Gallery
At Indiana Artisan Gifts & Gallery, 22 N. Range Line Road, artist Joe Krutulis will show his creative process, which he calls “fixing nature’s flaws.” The retired engineer sees hidden beauty in wood he picks up on daily walks near his Martinsville home. He shapes pieces into graceful hearts, circles and other designs, then fills cracks and crevices with crushed turquoise, azurite and other minerals to turn cast-offs into stunning wood pendants, one-of-a-kind earrings and mesmerizing mobiles.
