On Monday, Nov. 2, the City of Noblesville and King Jugg Brewing Company officially broke ground on the new brewery on the site of the former Bolden’s Dry Cleaners in downtown Noblesville, located along the White River and within the city’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) District.
Bolden’s Dry Cleaners was a family-owned business in downtown Noblesville for 63 years and closed in July 2023. The city acquired the property in July 2023 and announced King Jugg Brewing Company as the redevelopment partner in January 2025. Construction is underway, with an anticipated opening in 2027.
The 10,300 square-foot development will transform the former dry-cleaning property into a vibrant, family-friendly gathering space with indoor and outdoor dining, live entertainment, and direct access to the White River and Nickel Plate Trailhead. The redevelopment represents another significant investment in downtown Noblesville, creating new opportunities for residents and visitors to dine, gather, and support local businesses.
