Dear Editor:

As a resident of Jackson Township for over 25 years, I felt compelled to follow up after reading Tony Cook’s recent letter supporting Robyn Cook.

Robyn has been an exceptional trustee, and my perspective comes from decades of watching her work. I’ve known her since her time at Atlanta, a relationship that grew while I served on the Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau board and during my many years as a precinct committeeman at Red Bridge.

I also know her opponent, Cody Perry. Cody is incredibly trustworthy, and I would gladly encourage anyone to hire him for their flooring needs – he has always gone above and beyond the call of duty for me.

But managing a local government budget and navigating township growth requires a very specific set of skills. Robyn has brought that “above and beyond” dedication to local government for a very long time. She truly understands the policy nuances required to keep Jackson Township moving forward smoothly.

We are incredibly lucky to have both of these individuals in our community. However, when it comes to the future of our township’s leadership, I wholeheartedly support Robyn Cook to continue as our Jackson Township Trustee.
