On Thursday, Sept. 10, following Hoosier the Bison’s grand entrance in his new race car before Saturday’s home opener celebrating Indiana’s National Championship, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled an officially licensed, limited-edition Hoosier the Bison Indiana University Race Car Bobblehead.
The special edition bobblehead is being produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of Indiana University Bloomington.
These limited edition bobbleheads, which will be individually numbered up to 2,026, are $40 each plus a flat-rate shipping charge of $8 per order. Expected to ship in February, they are now available at this link.
Wearing his crimson sport shirt with “INDIANA” across the front, the Hoosier the Bison bobblehead is sitting behind the wheel of a custom red and white race car adorned with IU logos and racing stripes. The wheels of the race car will also spin.
“We’re excited to unveil this bobblehead of Hoosier the Bison in his stylish custom race car, which he showed off at the 2026 football season opener,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum Co-Founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. “After making his long-awaited return to Bloomington in 2025, Hoosier the Bison and the rest of the Hoosiers had a season to remember with the program’s first football national championship. This bobblehead is a must-have for Hoosier fans everywhere and we are sure that IU supporters will want one for their collection.”
