Dear Hamilton County residents:
If you live, own property or work in Hamilton County, please give me two minutes of your time and read why I am endorsing Beth Sheller for Hamilton County Clerk.
The Clerk’s Office is not a place for on-the-job training. It keeps our court records, issues marriage licenses, processes child support, and runs every election in this county. We need someone who already knows that work.
Beth Sheller does. She has spent nearly 16 years in the Clerk’s Office – starting in voter registration and now serving as Election Administrator. She has overseen Hamilton County elections, earned credentials in election administration, technology, and security from Ball State and VSTOP, and completed leadership training through NACo and Ivy Tech. That is the kind of preparation this office requires.
I have served with Beth as a neighbor in Noblesville and as a member of the Council that appointed her to the Hamilton East Public Library Board. She is steady, detail-minded, and committed to the high standard Clerk Kathy Williams built. She and her husband, Mark, have raised their family here. Their children and grandchildren live in this county. She has skin in the game.
Secure elections and reliable records are not slogans. They are the daily work of a well-run clerk’s office. Beth is ready on day one.
I will be voting for Beth Sheller as Hamilton County Clerk, and I ask you to join me.
Mark F. Hall
Hamilton County Councilor, District 3
