Robert Goodman Jewelers of Zionsville will welcome its Hudson Valley, N.Y., partner designer Judi Powers on Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, for her annual trunk show. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

The award-winning designer will show a collection of one-of-a-kind jewelry creations – pieces crafted using fairmined gold, recycled silver and ethically sourced stones – at the shop, located at 106 N. Main St. in Zionsville.

“Judi is part of the growing movement of small, socially-conscious jewelry designers who share our commitment to make a difference through responsibly-made, environmentally-conscious jewelry,” said Rose-Marie Goodman, co-owner of Robert Goodman Jewelers. “And her designs are absolutely stunning.”

A trunk show bonus this weekend is the introduction of Little Pet Portraits, a collaboration between Powers and Russell Jones, partners who have merged their individual talents to create unique, wearable pet portrait jewelry in gold and gemstones. Each piece features a hand-painted miniature portrait of a beloved pet, rendered in watercolor and gouache by an award-winning illustrator then set in heirloom-quality jewelry by an esteemed goldsmith. The artists’ care in capturing the singular charm and personality of each animal companion creates more than a piece of jewelry – the pendants, pins and cuff links become cherished keepsakes.
