While there are many western-themed events borrowing the name Wild Wild Westfield these days, CrossRoads Church at Westfield, 19201 Grassy Branch Road, was the first to use that name.
Their annual free, fall, family-friendly day of fun has grown faster than a small Western town in the middle of the Gold Rush. There was Velcro axe throwing, barrel rides, great big bubbles, bounce houses, mechanical bull riding, bands, both animal petting and pony rides, a chili cookoff, a silent auction, and several more activities than we can remember.
CrossRoads has a variety of free community events throughout the year. Keep reading The Reporter to hear about them, and go to ForOurNeighbor.Life to learn about all the things they do for the community.
