Helps Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville inspire next-generation leaders

Submitted

Last week, Comcast partnered with the Tom & Soni Sheehan Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville (BGCN) to sponsor the Club’s Youth in Government program. This program provides a unique opportunity for Club Kids to “run for office” and shadow local officials, including the mayor, prosecutor, sheriff, police chief, and fire chief.

Together, Comcast, local officials, and BGCN were able to inspire the next generation of changemakers – helping kids build confidence, develop leadership skills, and see themselves as active participants in their community’s future.

BGCN held its Recognition Banquet last Saturday, April 26.
