HSE Schools Building Corp.

The Board of Directors of the Hamilton Southeastern Consolidated School Building Corporation will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025, at Hamilton Southeastern Schools Central Office, 13485 Cumberland Road, Fishers.
The purpose of said meeting is to consider (i) approving the issuance of the Corporation’s First Mortgage Bonds (2025 Fall Creek Intermediate School Renovation and Update Project) in one or more series and documents and matters related thereto, and (iii) conducting any and all other business as may properly come before said meeting.
A copy of all of the documents which will be considered is available at HSE Schools Central Office.
