Join professional opera singer and visual artist Lyndsay Moy as she speaks about her work as a painter and performer, sharing stories and lessons from her experience at the intersection of visual and performing arts.

The Indianapolis resident is a mezzo-soprano who has appeared across the country and Europe in many operatic and oratorio roles, most recently appearing as Nettie Fowler in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Carousel with Indianapolis Opera. As a painter, she specializes in portraiture and realism commissions, running a private painting studio with national and international clientele.

Live at the Center: Nate Wolfe
Wednesday, May 29 at 7:30 p.m.

Midwest singer-songwriter Nate Wolfe draws inspiration from days gone by, blending elements of folk, blues, rock, and soul to create songs that tell stories of life and love. Nate can be seen playing all around Indy, from small-town bars and breweries to high-end downtown locations and private parties. He had the privilege of singing the National Anthem for the U.S. Olympics dive trials and has opened for Andy Suzuki and the Method at the Hi-Fi. He plans to release some singles in late 2023. His performance at the Center will be solo acoustic.

Center Presents: Prism Project Camp
May 29 to June 21
The Studio Theater

The Prism Project at the Center is a performing arts program developed by Ball State University and designed to be physically, developmentally, and cognitively appropriate for youth with disabilities. The program is a four-week camp culminating in a final performance in the Studio Theater at the Center for the Performing Arts.
