Carmel natives Elijah Carter, 11, and Carmen Latimore, 9, created these pieces of artwork to honor the sacrifices, integrity, and service of Indiana’s lineworkers. Their mother, Caroline Carter, serves as a human resources consultant working out of Duke Energy’s Noblesville Operations Center. Their artwork will be displayed at Duke Energy’s 2024 Midwest Lineman’s Rodeo, which be held this Saturday, April 27 in Plainfield, Ind.
