Rotary Club of Westfield
Last Friday evening, June 19, the Westfield Rotary Club was at the second Cool Creek Concert of the season, again firing up the grill and serving brats, hot dogs, chips, and drinks to a large crowd of attendees enjoying a perfect Indiana evening.
Once again, we launched a 50/50 raffle to support another of our favorite community organizations. One lucky ticket-holder walked away with half the proceeds. The other half was donated to Student Impact of Westfield.

Student Impact empowers sixth- through 12th-grade students through meaningful connections in a safe and consistent space where they grow in confidence and are equipped to lead. The organization’s after-school program is focused on providing an opportunity for young people to develop friendships, connect with mentors and learn skills that will equip them for life. Snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables, a home-cooked meal, and endless amounts of fun are available for students. There is also a small group program that meets throughout the year, focused on continuing to strengthen relationships built during the after-school program.
There are three more concerts in the Cool Creek series this summer, and with each one, we hold another 50/50 raffle to support a different community organization. Three more concerts. Three more causes. One community pulling together.
The Rotary Club of Westfield has launched a new multi-year strategic plan centered on three pillars: youth leadership development, reducing food insecurity, and building community.
Our focus in these areas will create lasting impact. Our work will center on mentoring young people, fighting hunger, and forging connections that strengthen our community.
If you see us at the Cool Creek Concerts brat booth, come say hello, grab a brat, and buy a raffle ticket. Every ticket is a small act with a big ripple.
Service Above Self and Creating an Impact. That’s what Westfield Rotary is about.
See you at the next concert.
