William Christopher “Chris” Brown

March 1, 1988 – April 7, 2020

William Christopher “Chris” Brown passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2020, in Noblesville. From Fishers, Chris was born March 1, 1988 to Alan and Beth Brown. Chris was a 2006 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School.

Chris was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ron and Ruth Dold, Pendleton, and Bob and Jeanne Dague, Flora, Ind.

Chris was a cherished husband, stepfather, son, grandson, nephew and friend. His ability to bring people together and light up a room was second to none.  He had an ability to connect with children, especially his stepdaughter Hayden, which epitomized his loving personality.  He had a laugh that was contagious and so uniquely Chris – it will never be forgotten.  He loved sports of all kinds, but especially IU Basketball and the Indianapolis Colts.  Chris was a man who was a friend to all but meant an immense deal to those he held close.

Chris is survived by his wife, Sarah Brown, and stepdaughter, Hayden Pirlot; mother, Beth Brown, Anderson; father and stepmother, Alan (Andrea) Brown, Zionsville; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Luella Hodges of Florida; stepsiblings, Chip and Christopher Bartek, both of Indianapolis, Willie and Brittany Pittman and Lacy Pittman, all of Indianapolis.

Chris will be fondly remembered by his uncles, aunts, and cousins, Don Dague, Pendleton, Cori (David) Beams, Saint Marys, Ohio, Joe (Ann) Dague and Ryan Dague, all of Monument, Colo., Katie Dague, Melbourne, Fla., Becca Dague, Louisville, Ky., Paula (Tom) Rector and AJ & Ben Rector, all of Newnan, Ga., Sarah (John) Welch, Fishers, and Mike (Staci) Rector, Port Charlotte, Fla.

He will be greatly missed by his brothers from other mothers, Robert (Brandi) Tingle, Noblesville, Zach (Tia) Campfield, Virginia Beach, Va.; Patrick “Pat” Rogan and Samantha Schaefer, both of Noblesville, Derek Kincade, Pendleton, and Greg (Danielle) Heaston, Fishers.

A small Family Goodbye was attended on Saturday, April, 11, 2020 at Indiana Funeral Care, in Indianapolis.
