The first event aimed at keeping the community engaged is a fitness challenge. Residents will choose from a list of fitness challenges, complete the challenge and post a picture on social media tagging the City of Westfield and Westfield Welcome and including #WestfieldFitnessChallange.

You can participate by doing such activities as indoor weightlifting circuit with a bodyweight, dumbbells or items in your home that resemble a weight (like milk jugs, books, or filled backpacks); or walking, running, or cycling in your neighborhood, on city trails, or at city parks.

Judges will choose a winner based on meeting criteria and creativity. New activities will be released in the coming weeks and residents are encouraged to submit ideas.
