Westfield Police were called to Kroger, 150 W. 161st St., in reference to a theft (“quick change”) that took place at approximately 6:15 p.m. Wednesday. Both individuals are described as black males, 25 to 35 years of age, 5’8” to 6’2”, 180 to 230 pounds, wearing white tank tops. One of the men had a white head covering.
