The Noblesville Lions are looking for Friendly, Upbeat, Nice people who are interested in serving their community. The Lions will host a picnic and organization information night at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26 in Shelter No. 4 at Forest Park.

The Noblesville Lions are part of Lions International, the world’s largest service organization with 1.4 million members in 200 countries and territorial areas. Around the world, Lions have combatted river blindness in Africa, helped refugees in the Ukraine and earthquake victims in Turkey, and performed thousands of other humanitarian and service projects.

In Indiana, among the many projects completed, Lions have aided tornado victims, provided supplies for the homeless, and conducted vision screening for preschool and elementary school children.

Noblesville Lions enjoy hosting the annual Grillin’ on the Square pork chop and chicken dinner and pancake breakfast in June and support the Father’s Day car show and Fall Fest soup cook off. These events help fund the scholarships and other support the Lions give back to the Noblesville community.

Come and have some food, play some games, and meet your fellow community members who are making a difference. The Lions look forward to meeting you.
