Angela Swenson, a proud Army Veteran and dedicated attorney, has announced her candidacy for the position of judge in Hamilton County Superior Court 4.

With a lifelong commitment to the law and a passion for community service, Swenson aims to bring her experience, advocacy skills, and dedication to justice to the bench.

From an early age, Swenson envisioned a career in law, motivated by a fervent desire to protect and advocate for others.

“I have always aspired to help individuals navigate their challenges and foster positive change in our community,” Swenson said. With 23 years of legal practice, she possesses a deep understanding of the law and its profound impact on people’s lives.

Although she has made significant contributions to the legal field, Swenson recognizes that her potential impact as a judge can be even greater. Over the past 12 years, she has dedicated herself to volunteer work – contributing more than 800 hours of pro bono and modest-means service in just the last five – demonstrating her deep, ongoing commitment to helping those in need.

“I view a judgeship as an opportunity to serve our citizens in a more impactful way,” Swenson said. “It is about making a difference and helping more people than I can as an attorney.”

Swenson’s extensive legal experience as a Guardian ad Litem and her active engagement in the community reflect the trust placed in her by both the courts and the public.

As she embarks on her campaign for Hamilton County Superior Court 4, Swenson looks forward to engaging with the community and sharing her vision for justice and service.
