U.S. Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.) recognized students who participated in the fall session of his internship program in his Washington, D.C., Indianapolis, and New Albany offices. The students assisted with daily activities and special projects related to legislation, communications, and constituent services.
The Indianapolis internship class included Maria Abdelmalek, a Carmel native and junior at Butler University; Ryan Riddlesperger, a senior at Purdue University; Charles Alderice, a Fort Wayne native and senior at Purdue University; and Ashlyn Moritz, a Westfield native and recent Bob Jones University graduate.
Sen. Young’s office offers internship opportunities year-round, in both his Washington, D.C. and Indianapolis offices. The internship program offers students the opportunity to experience the legislative branch of government and serve Hoosiers.
