Cancer Care Cup is expanding its reach to assist oncology patients with rent, utilities, groceries, gas, medical devices, and other expenses that would have otherwise gone unpaid.
About Cancer Care Cup
Cancer Care Cup, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, was established in 2017 to assist cancer patients receiving oncology treatment. To date, they have contributed over $200,000 to patient assistance funds helping with expenditures that would otherwise be financially difficult for the patient or caregivers. Those receiving help from the patient assistance fund have used funds to pay for hotel stays, transportation, medical devices, gas, and meals while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The Cancer Care Cup volunteer board is staffed by cancer survivors, caregivers and supporters who have witnessed first-hand the devastating emotional and financial toll a cancer diagnosis can take. The board is motivated to help support oncology patients and their families. For more information about Cancer Care Cup, please visit CancerCareCup.com.
