The Hagerman Group (THG), an award-winning construction solutions provider in the Midwest, has promoted three individuals within the company to assume new executive roles, effective Jan. 1, 2021.

Molter

Bruce Molter, who has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and has served as President for most of his tenure at Hagerman, Inc., has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of The Hagerman Group. With his past experience as President, and his passion for Hagerman and the construction industry as a whole, Molter will design and implement business operations, help establish policies that promote the company’s culture and vision of building a better future, oversee operations of the company, and work with leadership.

Chairman Jeff Hagerman said, “For many, many years, Bruce has done a phenomenal job for this organization, and I can’t think of a better person to serve as Hagerman’s Chief Operating Officer. He is well-respected in the industry and his knowledge and commitment are invaluable.”

Smith

Replacing Molter in his former position as President of Hagerman, Inc., is Brad Smith. He began his career in construction at Hagerman in 1998 and has served as Executive Vice President for the past five years. His ability to work with the executive leadership team to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies for Hagerman moving forward is unmatched.

“Brad has been instrumental in the success of our Fort Wayne office throughout his career and in more recent years, he has played a more active role corporately. I’m confident that Brad’s vision and commitment to excellence will guide our company to even greater success,” Hagerman said.

Norton

Tim Norton has been promoted to President of Hagerman Construction Corporation, THG’s masonry company. He most recently served as the company’s Vice President where he, in conjunction with a great team, swiftly made Hagerman’s masonry services some of the most sought after in the industry.

“Prior to working in the office, Tim was a bricklayer in the field. His ability to relate to our employees while focusing on the big picture is his strength,” Hagerman said. “Under Tim’s leadership, Hagerman Construction Corporation has continued to experience growth, profitability, quality, integrity and excellent customer service.
