The annual sale of tax delinquent property will be held Sept. 16 in Commissioners Court at the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center. The 10 a.m. in-person sale is an auction with bidding beginning at the amount of property taxes owed.
Currently, there are 143 properties on the sale list. Delinquent owners have until the beginning of the sale to pay amounts due at the County Treasurer’s office. The sale is open to the general public. All properties are listed on the county website for review.
