Swimming: Huskies sweep Lewis Cass at dual meet

The Hamilton Heights swim teams swept a dual meet at Lewis Cass on Thursday.

The girls team won 94-86. Teegan Madara and Sophia Hulen were double winners; Madara placed first in the 200 freestyle and butterfly, while Hulen paced the 100 free and backstroke.

The Huskies boys team cruised to a 111-66 victory. Aiden Clarke picked up two wins, in the 200 and 100 freestyles.

Nathan Cox won the diving event. Last Saturday, Cox won the Western Diving Invitational, breaking the Heights 11-dive school record by scoring 525.05 points.

Heights will host its annual Husky Invitational today, with the diving to start at 9 a.m. and the swimming to begin at noon.
