Campaign veterans Blair Englehart, David Buskill and State Senator Erin Houchin will lead the campaign team for Suzie Jaworowski in her bid to be the next Indiana State Treasurer.

Englehart will serve the Friends for Suzie team as Campaign Manager, overseeing the campaign’s efforts and working with the team to develop and implement its comprehensive campaign plan.

“I’m pleased to work with Suzie as she runs for State Treasurer,” Englehart said. “She’s a hard-working businesswoman who will bring experience, innovation, and a commitment to keep taxes low through conservative fiscal policies in this ever-important role.”

Buskill will serve as Fundraising Director, utilizing his resources at Buskill Consulting to develop and implement a successful fundraising plan.

“Working closely with Suzie as her campaign rolls out has confirmed everything I knew about her,” Buskill said. “She is a true fiscal conservative. She has innovative ideas that will provide opportunities for Hoosier families and grow our economy. Her experience makes her the most qualified person to serve as State Treasurer.”

Senator Houchin will serve as Campaign Chair, providing strategic counsel and bringing her years of statewide campaign experience, including successfully managing last year’s convention campaign for Attorney General Todd Rokita.

“I have been continually impressed by Suzie Jaworowski and am proud to be part of her team,” Houchin said. “Her personal story of overcoming adversity, driven by the poor economic policies of the Obama/Biden administration, and rising to a top position in the Department of Energy under President Trump, where she managed a budget of $1.4 billion, makes her a unique and strong candidate. I have no doubt she will be an excellent State Treasurer.”

Steve Jaworowski has been appointed Committee Chair. Fishers businessman Tony Bonacuse has been appointed Campaign Treasurer. Bart Early has been appointed to act as the campaign liaison with Young Republicans and other organizations throughout the state.

“I am blessed to have such a strong, experienced team of campaign professionals working with me,” Suzie Jaworowski said. “Together, we will reach out to Hoosiers across the state, listen to their concerns, and share new, exciting and fiscally conservative ideas with our constituents. We must exercise strong investment strategies with our state’s dollars to keep taxes low and maintain Indiana’s well-earned reputation as an economic leader in the United States.”
