Hamilton County Community Foundation’s investment in Ivy Tech Hamilton County surpasses $100,000

Ivy Tech Community College Hamilton County recognizes the significant and ongoing support of the Hamilton County Community Foundation (HCCF), whose contributions have now exceeded $100,000 since the campus opened on July 1, 2021.

HCCF’s continued investment has directly strengthened student success initiatives, expanded workforce development efforts, and supported signature campus events that bring students, employers, and the community together.

For the 2025-26 academic year alone, HCCF has provided $40,000 in scholarship support, helping make higher education more accessible for Ivy Tech students pursuing degrees and credentials in high-demand fields.

In addition to scholarship funding, HCCF has played a key role in advancing campus engagement and workforce readiness by sponsoring several major initiatives, including Ivy Tech Hamilton County’s inaugural State of the Campus event in October 2025 and Ivy Tech Day 2025, a 24-hour giving event dedicated to advancing student success, scholarships, and community impact across the college. These events highlighted the college’s growing impact in the region and strengthened connections between students, employers, and community partners.

In 2024, HCCF also awarded a $15,000 workforce grant, further supporting programming designed to align student training with local labor market needs and strengthen pathways into in-demand careers.

HCCF’s cumulative support reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to education and building long-term economic mobility across Hamilton County.
