The intersection of State Road 32 and Union Street is officially open, operating as a three-way stop (during construction only) instead of a signal. Note that State Road 32 between Poplar Street and Union Street is closed; however, drivers are still able to travel north-south and eastbound on SR 32.
INDOT has been working with Duke Energy on the relocation of utilities and is aware of a pole placement in the road. This will be removed when utilities are buried as part of the utility relocation work, but it will not affect travel.
