Silver Companies debuts first Indiana apartment development with Silver Collection at Saxony in Fishers

Silver Companies, a national, diversified real estate investment, capital, and development firm with roots dating to 1941, announced on Monday, Sept. 14, the completion of the clubhouse at Silver Collection at Saxony, a 362-residence resort-style luxury apartment community currently under construction in Fishers. The development marks the company’s first Silver Collection community in Indiana and the continued national expansion of its Silver Collection multifamily brand.

Located at 13450 Dockside Drive in the thriving Fishers-Noblesville corridor, Silver Collection at Saxony represents a multimillion-dollar investment in one of Central Indiana’s fastest-growing communities.
